We organize a face-to-face call with a brand representative to discuss voice, tone and project goals. I ask my weird questions, you ask yours, and we come up with a creative plan for the project.

Great! We’ve agreed on expectations and deliverables, so let me get together with the designers to brainstorm concepts. Before you know it, we present our top ideas for approval and make any necessary tweaks.

Moving forward- concepts are approved, which means we can start our mockups and present first drafts. Edits and changes are encouraged and completed until the client is happy with the result. Done and dusted.
